Milestones

Chapter One (2014)
Reach U Solutions was founded in early 2014. The name joins two ideas: Reach U and Solutions.
Reach U means reaching you. We are dedicated to understanding your needs as a valued client and offering the best options and advice to support your business. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Solutions means many solutions. We present complete options with their pros and cons. Running a business today is complex and needs IT solutions that work together.
The Challenge Begins (2014)
Our first product was a website. An interior design agency in Surabaya trusted us to build their interactive company profile: responsive on every device, bandwidth-efficient, with seamless transitions.
Take the challenge, and never say you can't. Seeing things from the client's point of view makes us better, wiser and smarter at our work.
Products Exist to Help (2015)
National Hospital Surabaya (NaHos), an international-standard hospital in West Surabaya, trusted us with their new website. More than a company profile, it lets visitors search diseases, doctors and specialists, book appointments, and stays fresh through social media integration.
We always aim to build products that are not only good, but useful to society.
SIMAP (2016)
SIMAP (Pharmacy Management Information System) combines the workflows of hospital pharmacies, franchise pharmacies and independent pharmacies into one better system. SIMAP went live in 2017 and now supports pharmacies in many cities.
Our vision: the best healthcare service in Indonesia. SIMAP builds the policies of the Indonesian Pharmacists Association (IAI) into its standard.
O-ACT (2017)
With PT. Anugerah Bahagia Inti Niaga, a major consumer-goods distributor in Surabaya, we built O-ACT (Operational Asset Cost Tracking): the backbone for every vehicle cost, from procurement and tax to repairs. With costs under control, the company can decide whether a vehicle is still worth operating.
Registered Trademark (2017)
We registered Reach U Solutions as a trademark with Indonesia's intellectual property office (HaKI), a sign of our long-term commitment.
